I have closed over 120 escrows since 1997, more importantly; all of my clients will provide a good referral for me. With the exception of one, I have sold every property I have ever listed. Office Affiliation: I am one of the only Realtors on the north shore of Lake Tahoe who is a licensed and active real estate broker in both Nevada and California.
In Nevada, I am with Dickson Realty, we sell more real estate than any other office in northern Nevada. Dickson is the largest office in Incline Village with over 40 agents. Dickson Realty is an exemplary office with only the highest caliber Realtors.
In California I am affiliated with North Shore Realty, we are the only full service full time real estate office in Kings Beach. We have most of the top-producing agents, in California, on the north shore.
Personal Background: I have traveled extensively throughout the United States. In 1988 I moved to Lake Tahoe and decided this would be my home. Before becoming a broker I taught math for 5 years. I am married to Teresa who is an elementary school teacher. We have four children, two boys and two girls.
My hobbies include snow and water skiing, flying, previewing property, and securities trading. One of my long-term goals is to hang-glide.
